  A written report, prepared on the prescribed form from the Secretary of State. The Investigate Report is used in non-DUI cases when a drug or alcohol offense has occurred in the history, or the current suspension or revocation is related to alcohol or drugs in a non-DUI context.

 

• DUI Risk Education
  A 10-hour program addressing the risks and consequences of impaired driving, required for minimum, moderate, and significant risk levels.

 

• Early Intervention Program
  A 10-hour DUI risk education course, plus a 12-hour education program for moderate risk individuals. Early intervention focuses on decision-making, education, and prevention.

 

• Outpatient Substance Use Treatment
  Required for significant and high risk levels, includes group and/or individual therapy addressing dependency and recovery. This can be completed online or in-person.

 

• Response to Denial Letter
  A clinical explanation addressing the reasons for a hearing denial and how those concerns have been resolved.

 

• Letter Ruling Out Dependency
  A letter issued when clinically appropriate, confirming that an individual does not meet the criteria for dependency. The letter examines each DSM-V symptom and explains how dependency was ruled out.
