Cloudgate Healthcare is an Illinois-licensed outpatient substance use treatment facility, Our facility is committed to providing exceptional care and service to all clients who enter our doors. We provide service at our physical office location, as well as online DUI classes via HIPAA-compliant Zoom software.

Our facility offers DUI evaluations, substance use treatment, and DUI Risk Education.  We also conduct Secretary of State evaluations, Treatment Needs Assessments and draft Response to Denial Orders. We provide services in the evenings and on weekends to accommodate the work, school and family obligations of our clients.
